The "Social and Human Sciences" department of Kimyo International University in Tashkent was established in 2018. Currently, the Department has 2 PhDs, 2 senior lecturers, and 2 on an hourly basis on the Department in all subjects related to social and human sciences bachelor's degree. The University operates a number of courses in Uzbek, Russian and English, such disciplines as "History of Uzbekistan and developing strategy", "World History and Geography", "History of Science", "Ancient history and archeology", "Medieval History", "History of Art and Religion", "Introduction to history", "Philosophy", "Understanding Culture", as well as in the directions of master's degree "Research methodology" and other similar courses, on which are given deep and modern knowledge. The department's main task is to discuss educational, educational-methodical issues; spiritual, scientific, and methodical work, and other related issues with students.

The Department of "Social and Humanitarian Sciences" aims to ensure a high level of training of qualified personnel for ministries, departments, organizations, educational institutions working in all spheres, and other areas of activity in the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the development of students' skills of independent research, the familiarity of students with the peculiarities of political processes at the present stage, as well as assistance to students in self-study and in the process of patriotic education of students.

Jumayev Tulqin Xolmurodovich graduated from the National University of Uzbekistan, Faculty of History in 2002. On a scholarship from the European Union's TASSIS TEMPUS, he earned a Master's Degree in "Theory and History of International Relations" in 2004. He has more than 15 years of teaching experience. The degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Political Sciences was awarded on the 30th September 2020 in Sociocultural Spheres between Uzbekistan and South Korea, after he defended his thesis "Development of Directions of Cooperation" on August 25th, 2020 at the National University of Uzbekistan 23.00.03 - (specialization "Political Culture and Ideology"). On October 2, 2020, Jumaev To'lqin Xolmurodovich was appointed as the head of the department of "Social and Humanitarian Sciences". He published thirty scientific and methodological publications in total. He produced eleven scientific and methodological findings after defending his thesis, including one educational and methodical manual (co-authored), one monograph, three scientific publications, and five international articles.
Akhmadjon Khudayorov has been working as an associate professor at Kimyo International University in Tashkent since August 2022. He has teaching experience of 22 years. In 2021, 07.00.01 successfully defended his PhD degree in the history of Uzbekistan. His scientific interests include the “History and Culture of Uzbekistan” and “World History”. He is an author of more than 30 scientific articles, as well as a co-author of textbooks on the history of Uzbekistan.
Since 2022, Saidalieva has been a senior lecturer of the Social and Humanitarian Sciences department at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. She has more than 10 years of teaching experience. Her research interests include mainly political science and history. She is the author of more than 10 scientific articles, as well as the co-author of one educational manual on the History of Uzbekistan.
