the Center for Continuing Education

General information 
The main purpose of the Center for Continuing Education is to improve the skills of managers and teachers of Kimyo International University in Tashkent, to provide them with training, internships and retraining courses in the Republic of Uzbekistan and abroad.

Tasks of the center:

  • introduction of mechanisms for continuous improvement of professional knowledge, skills and abilities of managers and teachers;
  • improving the level of professional training to ensure high quality university education in accordance with modern requirements;
  • ensuring and monitoring the full implementation of training and monitoring related to professional activities;
  • based on the scientific and pedagogical potential of managers and teachers, the creation of the possibility of independent choice and development of forms of continuous quality development aimed at achieving their professional requirements;
  • improving the qualification requirements for the quality of training of managers and teachers by ensuring the integration of education, science and production.

Responsibilities and functions of the center:

  • continuous improvement of professional knowledge, skills and abilities of teachers, improving the quality of training to the level necessary to provide education in accordance with modern requirements of the higher education system;
  • formation of independent thinking skills, improvement of pedagogical authority and competence;
  • the use of modern information and communication technologies in teaching activities, the formation of skills for creating a personal and professional information field of a teacher;
  • instilling the skills of the necessary knowledge about the methodology of scientific and pedagogical creativity in the main directions of the development of pedagogical potential;
  • strengthening the skills of using advanced educational technologies and world experience in the implementation of educational and moral work;
  • formation of skills for conducting research and educational work on retraining of teaching staff and improving the content of professional development;
  • introduction into practice of various forms of retraining and advanced training courses;
  • further development and modernization of the system of retraining and advanced training of teaching staff;
  • strengthening their participation in scientific and practical research and the introduction of innovations on the basis of regular professional development of managers and teachers of universities;
  • ensuring control over the updating of qualification requirements for advanced training of university managers and teachers, with the widespread introduction of highly effective modern education and innovative technologies and advanced foreign experience;
  • ensuring the necessary level of organization and efficiency of the activities of managers and teachers of the university;
  • development of advanced pedagogy skills, information and communication and innovative technologies, their active application in the educational process, using the Internet, multimedia systems and distance learning methods from university managers and teachers;
  • improving the level of proficiency in the state language and foreign languages of heads and teachers of universities and its widespread use in improving their professional skills, pedagogical and scientific activities;
  • establishment of cooperation and exchange of experience with leading foreign educational institutions in the field of development of continuing education;
  • introduction of alternative forms of professional development based on the development of differentiated processes of continuous professional development, taking into account the results of scientific and scientific-pedagogical activity of teaching staff.
