HR Department

The main tasks of the HR department are:
  • organization and implementation of work on personnel issues;
  • organization and implementation of work on the selection and placement of personnel, and their professional development, assistance in the formation of a system of training and retraining of personnel;
  • formation and training of the personnel reserve;
  • participation in the development of proposals on the staffing and structure of the university;
  • ensuring compliance with labour legislation when working with personnel;
  • implementation of activities aimed at creating an increase in the efficiency of personnel and favourable conditions for work to support a healthy atmosphere in the team;
  • management of the activities of the structural divisions of the university on the selection, placement and professional development of personnel.
