Toshkent xalqaro pedagogik forumi – Ta’lim: kelajakka nazar (TIPF 2023)

INFORMATIONAL LETTER

Dear Colleagues,

The Organizational Committee is delighted to announce that the Tashkent International Pedagogical Forum – Education: A Look Into The Future (TIPF 2023) will be held on April 26-27, 2023 at the Kimyo International University in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) as hybrid, i.e. both in-person and virtually. Thus, the participants from all over the world will have the opportunity to participate both physically and online, depending on their preferences. 

The Forum enables researchers and practitioners from numerous universities around the globe to present, share, and discuss new ideas, insights, research results, and emerging topics. The Forum aims to support the international scientific dialogue and exchange for strengthening educational systems, advancing educational technologies, fostering innovations in learning and teaching, as well as training the highly qualified teaching staff in the Central Asian region and worldwide. The Forum program includes keynote and invited speeches, oral presentations, as well as poster sessions on different topics. TIPF 2023 will be a truly interdisciplinary event and provide an excellent opportunity to meet scientific contacts, initiate new collaborations, and push forward innovations in research dissemination.

The conference is part of the Central Asian Research and Technology Initiative (CARTI), a series of research conferences, seminars, and workshops in 2023 to reflect the emerging research agenda in priority areas of science and technology. The CARTI Initiative is sponsored by the Science in Eurasia Association, a Dubai Science Park Resident (Dubai, UAE).

7.   Advanced Experience in Teaching Contemporary Psychology.
8.   Methods of Teaching in Preschool and Primary Education.
9.   Teaching Theory and Practice in the Arts.
10. Current Trends in Fashion Design and Problems in the System of Art Education.

   Organizers and Partners
The Forum is organized and sponsored by the Science in Eurasia Association (Dubai Science Park, Dubai, UAE) and Kimyo International University in Tashkent (Tashkent, Uzbekistan). This significant event is held in close partnership with the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami (Tashkent, Uzbekistan). Working languages: English, Russian, Uzbek.

   Important Dates
Online submission system is open: September 1, 2022.
Deadline for registration and paper submission: March 26, 2023.
Conference presentation and feedback: April 26-27, 2023.
Post conference paper revision and final full paper submission due date: May 1, 2023.

   Requirements for Papers and Posters
A paper submission is required for registration. Formatting requirements are available on the forum website. Participants are invited to submit original papers that have not been previously published and are not under consideration elsewhere, a maximum of 20 pages. The forum has a strict ‘no preprint’ policy, and all submissions should adhere to the Author Guidelines. All papers are checked for potential plagiarism and excessive self-citation (iThenticate and others). Papers must be written in excellent academic English (American) and strictly correspond to the thematic tracks. 

Three authors are allowed in one paper, and at least one of them must attend the forum in-person or virtually. One author must have no more than two papers. All submissions are reviewed by at least two experts in the field with doctoral degrees (double-blind peer review). Posters must be submitted in the English language only. Posters should be a maximum of 4 pages, plus references. Posters will be presented at the conference and published on the conference website. Please note that posters are not subject to publishing in forum proceedings and not submitted for indexation by the leading databases. 

   Publishing Options 
Accepted papers will be presented at the forum and, with revisions based on forum feedback, published in the appropriate forum proceedings, edited book volumes, or partner journals as full articles in cooperation with world publishers. All the papers are submitted for indexation by the leading databases (including Scopus, Web of Science).  There is also an additional option to publish a paper in the Forum proceedings with no indexation by the leading databases. These proceedings are published as an independent volume by the Kimyo International University in Tashkent and are not subject to indexation. 

Posters are not subject to publishing in forum proceedings, edited volumes, or partner journals. They are not submitted for indexation and will be available on the forum website.

   Registration and Platform 
All registrations and submissions are managed through the Research Advances submission system that guides you stepwise through the process of entering data about forum participants and uploading your files. To ensure that manuscripts are correctly assigned to the track, participants must select the appropriate event option when reaching the Event Selection step during submission. Please note that the papers registered with the Research Advances platform will be carefully peer reviewed and, if accepted, published in the appropriate forum proceedings, edited book volumes, or partner journals as full articles. These papers will be submitted for indexation by the leading databases (including Scopus, Web of Science). 

If one would like to participate in the forum with publication of the presented papers in the proceedings published by the Kimyo International University in Tashkent, it is required to register on the forum webpage and upload an original paper. Once again, please note that this volume is not submitted for further indexation by the leading databases.

   Participation Fees / Publishing Fees
There are not any fees levied for the participation in the forum. There are only publication or article processing fees associated with the forum.
