I'm Speaker Public speaking competition


On December 23, 2020, at the Yeoju Technical Institute in Tashkent, the Russian language department held the final stage of the I am a Speaker competition among 1st year students. 17 finalists, gave public speeches and demonstrated their oratory skills, competed among themselves for the title of Golden Speaker, Silver Speaker, Bronze Speaker.
The contestants recited poems and monologues from literature. The competition was opened with a welcoming speech by the rector of Yeoju Technical Institute in Tashkent 
 Janpolat Kudaybergenov, who noted the importance of oratory skills for students in their future professional career.
Bright performances of the contestants were evaluated by independent experts: Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs Prof. Byoung- Ryeol Jo, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Cultural Center in the Republic of Uzbekistan Tomchani Lyudmila Vadimovna, Chief Accountant's Assistant Jumaeva Zuhra Nizomovna, Head of the Quality Assurance Saidova Zilola.
17 students took part in the competition, the winners were:
- 1st place: Botirkulov Zafar, student of the BMA-36R “Gold Certificate”;
- 2nd place: Rustamov Abdukarim, student of the IMA-33R  “Silver Certificate”;
-3rd place: Nuria Azimova, student of the PRI-34R “Bronze certificate”.
The other finalists were awarded with certificates in different nominations.
The winners were awarded with souvenirs from  Head of Chairs.
