In order to study international experience, develop scientific researches, implement new projects in the field of academic management, a group of employees of the Yeoju Technical Institute in Tashkent was invited to the Varna University of Management in Bulgaria. Topics that will be covered during the almost week-long training: Research Management, Curriculum Design and Development, Strategic and Leadership Challenges in Post Covid-19 World, New Trends and Developments in Transnational Education and Internalization of Higher Education. Furthermore, during the meeting, the Departments of International Cooperation and Academic Management of the Institute will develop a roadmap for the mutual exchange of students and the implementation of joint educational programs together with the management of the Varna University of Management. It is also envisaged to sign a number of agreements regarding the documents required for the implementation of this program, as well as the curriculum of students.
