Rights and obligations of respondents on the 2023 population census

Respondents:
know for what purpose their personal data is collected, by whom and how it will be used;
get acquainted with the census forms filled out on them, clarify the completeness and reliability of the personal data included in the census sheets;
require the census staff to present an appropriate ID, and in case of refusal - not to answer the questions contained in the census form;
provide reliable personal data in accordance with the census form.
Respondents are obliged not to obstruct the conduct of the census.
