Students of Kimyo International University in Tashkent went on a 10-day internship to Kaifeng, China
This year, students of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Design of Kimyo International University in Tashkent went on a 10-day internship program to the city of Kaifeng, which combines rich history and modern architecture of China.
During the internship program, students will get acquainted with the unique architectural culture of Kaifeng. It is expected that the opportunity to work with centuries-old architectural monuments of the city, urban infrastructure and modern trends of urban development will be an invaluable experience for students. They will also have the opportunity to study advanced urban planning technologies and new approaches to managing urban infrastructure.
Learning about the various stages of the history and architecture of Kaifeng will help students to better understand the harmony between ancient Chinese architectural traditions and modern technologies. During the internship, students will get acquainted with famous monuments of Kaifeng, including ancient architectural works and city walls, and study relevant architectural techniques.
Students will not only learn about the rich cultural and architectural heritage of China, but also have the opportunity to exchange experiences with Chinese experts.
The main objectives of the internship:
• Study of ancient architectural monuments of China;
• Familiarization with modern urban planning technologies and urban planning projects;
• Development of projects based on the combination of ancient and modern architecture.
