Тhe list of documents that must be submitted by applicants for admission to the independent competition for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and  at the Kimyo international university in Tashkent

1. Application addressed to the rector of the Institute;
2. Brief Biographical Information / Objective (with electronic version);
3. Copy of passport (with electronic version in JPG ) format) and 4 photos (3.5x4.5);
4. Copies of bachelor's and master's diplomas of a higher educational institution (with attachments);

A copy of the PhD diploma for candidates applying for the Doctor of Science (DSc) degree.

5. Letter of consent from the supervisor (the letter must indicate the specialty code and full name of the supervisor, the topic of the dissertation and the specialty code, the signature must be certified by a seal);
6. The list of published scientific papers, as well as their copies, must contain at least 1 scientific article and 2 abstracts on the chosen topic of the dissertation, and the list of scientific papers must be signed by the scientific secretary and approved by the seal);

Candidates for the Doctor of Science (DSc) degree must submit at least 3 scientific article and 2 abstracts.

7. A certified copy of the work book in the prescribed manner;
8. Letter of recommendation from the place of work;
9. File folder.

It is also desirable to submit the following documents:

• Copies of documents confirming certain scientific achievements (patents for inventions and copyright certificates)

All documents must be prepared in PDF format and sent through the Unified Electronic System for Coordination of Postgraduate Education https://daraja.ilmiy.uz after registration.

Document submission deadlines:

1st quarter: from September 15 to October 15

2nd quarter: from January 15 to February 15

3rd quarter: from April 15 to May 15

4 quarter: from July 15 to August 15
