During the visit, the delegation explored the VIAR Zone (Virtual Reality + Augmented Reality) and the Student Innovation Projects Center, gaining insights into how immersive technologies are integrated into the learning process. The two sides discussed practical approaches to applying VR and AR in education.
The meeting also focused on developing joint research projects, student and faculty exchange programs, and collaborative internship opportunities between the two universities.
The KIUT team also visited the Soonchunhyang University Hospital Cheonan, where they observed AI-powered operating rooms, digital diagnostic systems, and the clinical training environment for students. This experience will serve as a foundation for new interdisciplinary initiatives at KIUT — bridging medicine, engineering, and IT.
