On May 10 - 11, with the support of the University's partner, the Republican Design Institute «UzEngineering», a seminar was organized for students of the School of Engineering on the topics "Using software for modeling and evaluating alternative projects (building information modeling) and" Reliability and maintainability of equipment ". The workshop was led by Azim Houshyar, Professor, Head of the Department of Industrial & Business Engineering and Engineering Management, Western Michigan University. The professor shared his valuable experience and deep knowledge in the field of industrial and system engineering, as well as experience gained in local, national and international manufacturing corporations in the United States.
