From January 4, 2021 students of Yeoju Technical Institute in Tashkent in major of Architecture and Urban Design, Civil engineering will begin their internship at Discover Invest. It should be noted that out of a hundred applicants, only ten students successfully passed the interview and exam. The internship will last two months. At the end of the internship, students with academic potential, managerial ability, hard work and determination will become Discover Invest's full-fledged employees. They will also have the opportunity to continue their studies abroad. In conclusion, we can say that the problem of lack an experienced workforce in our country demonstrates the task of teaching them in continuous education and practice.
