Working Meeting on Master’s Programs: Strengthening the Quality of Graduate Training
A working meeting was held at Kimyo International University in Tashkent with the participation of heads of departments offering Master’s programs and the Master’s Office leadership. The discussion focused on improving the quality of the educational process and ensuring systematic preparation of Master’s students for graduation.
The participants reviewed the implementation status of students’ individual academic calendars, clarified deadlines and requirements for pre-graduation internship reports, and discussed the organization of preliminary thesis defenses as well as step-by-step preparation for the final defense.
Organizational and methodological issues were also addressed, including the alignment of syllabi, internship programs, thesis formatting guidelines, and coordination of academic conferences and examination procedures. These measures aim to ensure unified quality standards and a transparent academic environment for Master’s students.
The leadership of Kimyo International University in Tashkent emphasized that efforts to strengthen the research component of Master’s programs and enhance graduate preparedness will continue on a systematic basis.
