Special pedagogy plays an important role in shaping a well-rounded personality, as providing early support to children with various developmental characteristics determines the quality of their future life. The field of special pedagogy focuses on working effectively with children with disabilities, developmental disorders, or those requiring an individual approach, making the training of qualified specialists in this area highly relevant. For this purpose, in the 2022–2023 academic year, Tashkent International University of Chemistry launched a bachelor's degree program in “Special Pedagogy.” Within this program, efforts are directed towards training qualified specialists capable of taking into account the individual developmental characteristics of children with special needs, organizing the educational and upbringing process, and applying modern pedagogical approaches.
The curricula of the disciplines taught at the department are adapted to the qualification requirements of the State Educational Standard of the Republic of Uzbekistan and enriched with the standards and best practices of leading pedagogical universities around the world. During the training process, in order to foster students’ passion for their future profession, opportunities are provided to get acquainted with the profession at experimental and research sites in specialized boarding schools for children with special educational needs (schools No. 25, 52, 57, 66, 37, 33, 36, 87, 103, 105, 199), the specialized boarding school No. 106 for deaf and hard-of-hearing children (Olmazor district), the boarding school No. 77 “Nurli Maskan” (Yashnobod district), and multi-profile preschool educational institutions No. 480, 442, 560, 404, 431, 322 (Yunusobod district) under the National Agency for Social Protection under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan. By mutual agreement, “Master classes” and open lessons are held, and students’ pedagogical practice is organized.
Starting from the 2024–2025 academic year, the department has launched training in master’s degree programs in the “Speech Therapy” field.

In 2009-2015, she worked as a teacher in the department of special education methods at Tashkent State Pedagogical University. In 2015-2017, he was a doctoral student in a special pedagogical specialty of Tashkent State Pedagogical University. 2019-2022 - Acting Associate Professor of the Department of Oligophrenopedagogy, Tashkent State Pedagogical University Since 2022, Special Pedagogy has contributed to the opening of the undergraduate direction, and in 2024 to the opening of the magistracy direction and the preparation of educational regulatory documents. Graduated from Tashkent State Pedagogical Institute named after Nizomiy, Department of Special Pedagogy, Sign Language Pedagogy. Total work experience is 30 years. 23 years of scientific pedagogical experience in higher educational institutions. She is the author of more than 10 textbooks and training manuals, more than 20 scientific articles at the disposal of OAK, published articles and theses at more than 80 international and republican conferences. In 2021, he received the title of associate professor. In 2022, she defended his doctoral thesis (PhD) in special pedagogy, pedagogic sciences on 13.00.03 on the topic "Technologies of involvement of families of children with hearing impairments of preschool age in correctional-pedagogical support". In the field of special pedagogy, he conducts lectures and seminars on subjects such as "Special pedagogy", "Diagnostics of children with developmental problems", "Correctional pedagogy", "Fine art and technology". actively participates in the activities of the department and is active in carrying out scientific and spiritual-educational work. Works to help students unlock their potential in research and writing academic papers and supports students in their studies.

Since 2022, has been working as a lecturer at Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University. Since 2022, has been a doctoral student at the Department of Deaf Education and Inclusive Education, Nizami Tashkent State Pedagogical University. Published more than 20 scientific articles and theses at national conferences. In 2024, obtained the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Pedagogical Sciences by defending the dissertation on the topic "Technology for Developing Reading Skills of Students with Hearing Impairments."
