Mirzarakhmetova Dilbar Tokhtamuratovna- in 1994 graduated from the Department of "Biotechnology" of the Faculty of Biology and Soil at the Tashkent State University, Doctor of Technical Sciences in the specialty 02.00.17 – «Technology and biotechnology of processing, storage and reprocessing of agricultural and food products» and 03.00.01 – «Biochemistry» (2016). Work experience - 36 years, teaching experience - 23 years. Since 2021, she has been the Head of “Chemistry and Biology” department at KIUT. Dilbar is a leading scientist in Uzbekistan in the field of Food Biotechnology. She develops theoretical and applied aspects of controlled cultivation of yeasts and microalgae, heterogeneous enzymatic catalysis, as well as agrobiotechnologies for the cultivation of medicinal plants and the production of flavonoids. Back in 1994, she revealed that immobilized yeast enzymes can convert toxic fusel alcohols in alcoholic beverages into alkyl fructosides and esters. Subsequent work allowed her to expand the possibilities of enzymatic transformations and propose a technology that allows her to change the profile of volatile components of drinks and improve the tasting and hygienic properties of beverages. She has published more than 60 scientific papers, including 11 patents, published more than 50 articles and abstracts in specialized journals (15 in foreign editions) and conference materials. Under her supervision, 3 PhDs were defended.
Abdullayev Asilbek Ongdalievich in 2013 graduated from the Tashkent Medical Academy (General Medicine). In 2016 he graduated from the Master's program in the specialty "Infectious Diseases", Doctor of Philosophy PhD (in medicine) specialty 03.00.04 - "Microbiology and Virology" (2021). Work experience - 10 years, teaching experience - 10 years. Since 2021, Associate Professor of the Department of Chemistry and Biology, KIUT. He is a leading specialist in infectious diseases. His scientific results determine the prevalence and improve the study of the biological properties of diarrheal strains Escherichia coli and Salmonella enteritidis in patients with acute intestinal infections. He developed the methodological recommendations "Determination of the sensitivity of microorganisms with normal nutritional requirements to antimicrobials by disk diffusion method" and "A quick and simple method for determining the resistance of bacteria to carbapenem antibiotics", which helped to improve and bring into line with EUCAST standards the determination of the sensitivity of local bacterial pathogens of AII to antibiotics, which made it possible to clinically interpret the results of the disk-diffusion method and optimize etiologically based treatment, as well as improve etiotropic treatment, quickly identify sensitivity to carbapenems and achieve cost-effectiveness. He has published more than 30 scientific papers, including more than 15 articles and 15 abstracts in specialized journals (15 in foreign editions) and conference materials. Head of 3 Master students in the department of "Chemistry and Biology" KIUT specialty "Biotechnology".
Abilkasimov Akmal Bekturdievich graduated in 2014 from the Department of Bioorganic Chemistry at the National University of Uzbekistan (MS in Chemistry). Work experience - 16 years, teaching experience - 10 years. In 2022, he was awarded the Shuxrat medal for achievements in Teaching. Currently, he is doing research on the synthesis of zeolites and adsorbents in the Department of Colloid Chemistry in the Institute of Inorganic Chemistry, Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan.
Dauletbaev Asilbek Dauletbaevich graduated from the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute (Nukus branch) in 2018 (Medical and Preventive work). In 2020 he completed his clinical residency in the specialty "Clinical Epidemiology". In 2022, he graduated from the magistracy at the Tashkent Medical Academy (Epidemiology). Work experience - 5 years, teaching experience - 3 years. Since 2021, a teacher at the Department of “Chemistry and Biology”, KIUT. Scientific research is devoted to the study of the prevalence of cervical cancer among girls and women in the Republic of Uzbekistan. He has published more than 14 scientific papers, including 3 articles and 11 abstracts in foreign and local journals and conference materials.
