"Tourism" department

The main goal of the Tourism Department is to train Bachelor's specialists who will gain high level in the field of Tourism and hospitality and acquire in - depth knowledge, skills and abilities in international standards which is in high demand today.
Also, our department is engaged in conducting scientific research on new trends in the field of Tourism and hospitality, studying and teaching the updates in the field, in particular, in the areas of demand and offer, marketing, management, sustainable development in hotels and other services.
The educational program of the direction “Tourism “is one of the areas in high demand in Uzbekistan, and it can also be known from the number of applicants who apply for study purposes every year.
 Also, the decree of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated January 15, 2022 No. 52 (on the creation of additional conditions for the further development of Tourism, Culture, Cultural Heritage and sports) also means that the industry still needs a lot of staffs. 
In order to prepare the staffs who, meet the international standards, education is carried out in three languages – Uzbek, Russian and English.
The main object of professional activity of Tourism graduates – management and marketing of projects in the tourism and hospitality industry.
The subject of their professional activity – ensuring and managing the development of service organizations in the industry.
