About hormones of happiness with Dr. Dilobar

About hormones of happiness with Dr. Dilobar

During the conversation organized yesterday by our university with the endocrinologist Dr. Dilobar and the girls, the topic was about the harmones of happiness. There are four of them, and each of them is directly or in some way responsible for our positive attitude, but at the same time they have their own characteristics.
These hormones include dopamine, serotonin, oxytocin, endorphin.
It turns out that the ways to increase the level of hormones of happiness in the body are usually associated with a healthy lifestyle. Physically active people have higher levels of happiness hormones. As you know, after doing sport activities there is always a feeling of satisfaction.
So, we can only feel true happiness by looking at life with an open face, a positive attitude, loving other people, caring for them, and admiring their achievements.
