At the end of the official visit to South Korea, our representatives visited Daegu University. The university is ranked 801 in the QS Top Universities Ranking, an international list of universities, and is currently a prestigious university with over fifteen thousand students. During the visit, our representatives visited the international campus of the university, where they got full information about the conditions created, as well as about grants provided to foreign students and professors. During the meeting, an agreement was reached on further strengthening international cooperation between the two universities, student exchange and the development of educational programs according to the 2 + 2 and 3 + 1 formula. In particular, Daegu University has drawn up a work plan to send highly qualified faculty to Uzbekistan from March 2023. Currently, 27 students of Kimyo International University in Tashkent are studying at Daegu University on a 2 + 2 educational program in business management, finance, tourism, international economic relations, architecture and urban planning, international marketing, accounting, banking and Korean philology.
