Combining Technology and Art: Innovative Solutions to Society's Problems


The opening of the exhibition "Art Engineering" took place at Kimyo International University in Tashkent.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of Uzbekistan Kongratbay Sharipov, the President of the Varna University of Management (Bulgaria) Professor Todor Radaev, the Rector of the Almaty University of Management Gulnara Kurenkeeva.

Art engineering is one of the most important branches of the modern world, resulting from the fusion of technology and art. This field realizes the aesthetic and functional creations of man through a technical approach. Art engineering basically combines the fields of engineering and art by applying new and innovative approaches.

The history of art engineering goes back to ancient times. Since ancient times, people have strived to create aesthetically beautiful and at the same time functional objects. For example, the pyramids of Ancient Egypt, Roman architecture and Greek art. However, modern art engineering was formed mainly in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries, during the period of the Industrial Revolution and technological advances.

At the exhibition, participants were introduced to works of art that highlight environmental issues, social injustice, how cell phones have become an integral part of the human body, and other relevant topics. Everyone is welcome to attend this unique and inspiring event from May 20th to 24th.
