Japanese therapist and healthy lifestyle expert

Currently, the renowned Japanese therapist and healthy lifestyle expert, Tsuchiya Naoki, is visiting Kimyo University Hospital at Kimyo International University in Tashkent on a scientific and practical mission. He is engaging directly with students and faculty, sharing insights about his unique method known as “Tsuchiya Therapy.”

Nowadays, many people suffer from health issues such as fatigue, weakness, chronic illnesses, and a decline in quality of life. According to Tsuchiya Naoki, the root cause of these problems is the accumulation of waste and toxins in the body. His distinctive approach targets these very root causes.

The core principle of Tsuchiya Therapy is that the human body has an inherent ability to heal itself. However, this capacity is weakened by modern lifestyles, stress, poor nutrition, and lack of physical activity. The therapy involves removing hardened waste (calcified deposits in tissues) accumulated over years through special detoxification techniques.

As a result of the treatment, lymphatic and blood circulation improve, cellular functions are restored, and the immune system is strengthened. Short-term reactions like mild fever, fatigue, or bodily changes may occur — these are signs of the body returning to its natural balance.

Many patients have restored their health and regained hope through this therapy. It is a natural healing method that relies on the body’s internal potential — without medications or artificial interventions.

During the session, Tsuchiya Naoki explained the physiological changes during therapy, shared success stories, and highlighted the psycho-emotional benefits of a healthy lifestyle. To make the event more engaging and practical, real-life cases were discussed, and students’ questions were answered in detail.

At the conclusion of the meeting, Tsuchiya Naoki spoke about future collaboration prospects with Kimyo International University in Tashkent. Among the discussions was the potential for medical students to participate in internships and training programs in Japan based on this method. This initiative is expected to play a vital role in enhancing students’ professional skills, gaining international experience, and deepening their understanding of natural healing approaches.
