ON JULY 22 OF THIS YEAR, A SOLEMN DEGREE AWARDING CEREMONY TO THE FIRST GRADUATING STUDENTS WAS HELD AT THE YEOJU TECHNICAL INSTITUTE IN TASHKENT


On July 22 of this year, a solemn Degree Awarding Ceremony to the first graduating students was held at the Yeoju Technical Institute in Tashkent. The first deputy head of the the State Inspection for Supervision of Quality in Education Ketmonov Khatamjon Abdurakhmonovich took part in the ceremony as a guest to congratulate the students. The event was also attended by representatives of the Webster University in Tashkent, the Inha University in Tashkent, the Tashkent Financial Institute. The number of first graduating students is 721, of which 68 with honors. Moreover, 8 of them studied at the Yildiz Technical University of Turkey on the basis of grant.
The Yeoju Technical Institute in Tashkent operates on the basis of the state license No. OT 0002 dated July 24, 2018, issued by the State Inspectorate for Quality Control of Education under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 1007 dated December 17, 2019 “On additional measures to organize the activities of the Yeoju Technical Institute in of Tashkent”.
The degree issued by the institute is fully recognized on the territory of Uzbekistan. In addition, in 2022, the institute among non-state universities in Uzbekistan was one of the first to receive certificates of international accreditation of educational programs by KAZSEE and IQAA agencies.
The Institute invites intellectually gifted young people who want to achieve success in education, science and production, to become students. The main task of the Institute is to train highly qualified personnel and specialists with modern professional knowledge, competencies and practical skills in line with demands of various sectors of the economy. Therefore, all educational programs of the institute are developed on the basis of international standards, taking into account the requirements of the main employers.
The Institute trains bachelors and masters in full-time, part-time and evening forms of study, as well as in the second specialty program in Uzbek, Russian and English. The educational process is organized on the basis of a credit-modular system, with the opportunity for students to participate in various international educational projects that are implemented jointly with leading universities in Europe and South Korea. These are 2+2 double degree academic programs and 3+1 educational student exchange programs. Among the institute's partner universities are Roosevelt University and University of Florida in the USA, Hanyang University, Chung Cheong University  Gachon University, Chosun University, Jeonju University and Namseol University in South Korea, United Business Institutes in Belgium, Varna Management University in Bulgaria, Yildiz Technical University in Turkey, University of Strathclyde in the UK. Also, as part of the student mobility and internship programs, students can participate in semester exchange programs in leading international companies.
Pedagogical activity at the institute is carried out by foreign and local professors and teachers. These are graduates of prestigious universities in the USA, Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, the Republic of Korea, India, Malaysia, etc.
Currently, more than 10,000 students study at the institute. There are more than 500 professors and employees, more than 30 departments, 28 bachelor and 8 master's programs.
