OUR WISH IS HAPPINESS AND PEACE!

OUR WISH IS HAPPINESS AND PEACE!

The events that took place in the Republic of Karakalpakstan had a significant adverse impact on the entire population of Uzbekistan. This unpleasant news alarmed the people of Uzbekistan. It's not a secret for anyone that Uzbekistan is a multinational state, and representatives of all nationalities for many centuries live as one family, a peaceful and prosperous life. It is among these multinational peoples that the Karakalpak and Uzbek peoples live in peace and harmony as one family, brothers and sisters. Over the centuries, friendly, fraternal relations have been established between the Karakalpak and Uzbek peoples, a commonality has been formed in their lifestyle and worldview. The ancient ancestors of the Uzbeks and Karakalpaks lived and worked together in the vast Aral Sea region. I believe that friendship, solidarity and mutual respect between the two peoples will always be preserved.
In the modern world community, we live in a difficult time full of various threats. Definitely, there are forces that pose a threat to the stable economic development, prosperity and peace of Uzbekistan. Under these conditions, every citizen of the Republic of Uzbekistan, whether Uzbek, Karakalpak, Kazakh, Tajik or a representative of another nationality, must preserve peace and tranquility in our common Motherland. Therefore, with greater strength and enthusiasm than before, we must protect peace in our country from different threats and not stop on the path of development by applying our knowledge, experience and hard work.

Rector            Janpolat Kudaybergenov
