Presentation of a new book containing wise quotes by Alisher Navoi took place
A presentation of a new book, “Pearls of the East”, dedicated to the work of the great thinker and poet Alisher Navoi took place at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. This publication contains the best examples of Navoi’s quotes and serves as an important source for readers and scholars.
This collection contains 100 wise quotes, which are presented in Uzbek with explanations. These quotes have been translated into Turkish, English and Chinese, which allows Navoi’s legacy to be conveyed to readers around the world.
Another characteristic advantage of the collection is that it is supplemented with unique illustrations specially created by 26 artists. Each quote is illustrated individually, which adds aesthetic appeal to the book. These works of art were written by students of the Painting Department and have become an important art project demonstrating the talent of young artists.
