Japan has one of the most advanced education systems in the world, which pays special attention to discipline, quality and practical training.
Japan is one of the most innovative countries in the world with a highly skilled workforce. Employers pay great attention to the responsibility, discipline and professional qualities of employees. In particular, the demand for foreign specialists in the field of engineering, technology and construction is growing. In this regard, it is expected that the employment of KIUT graduates in Japanese companies will open up great opportunities for them.
The main goal of this visit was to develop promising academic programs between KIUT and Japanese higher education institutions, increase the competitiveness of university students in the international labor market, and create opportunities for practice and training in Japanese companies. In particular, it is planned to develop programs of paid internships for students for a period of 4-6-10 months.
One of the main requirements for working in Japan is excellent knowledge of the Japanese language. For this purpose, the university has organized special Japanese language courses, with students of architectural and construction programs taking an especially active part in this program. This will serve to further expand employment opportunities and improve their qualifications in Japanese companies in the future.
This initiative will create a basis for training highly qualified personnel who will contribute to the further development of cooperation between Uzbekistan and Japan in the future.
The meeting was an important step in strengthening scientific and business ties between the two countries.
