The semi-final of the "Young Architects" competition took place
In November 2024, at the initiative of the Department of Architecture and Urban Design, the semi-final stage of the "Young Architects" competition among 2nd year students took place. This competition is organized in order to increase the creative potential of young people, strengthen their professional skills and create an atmosphere of creative competition.
To organize the competition, Acting Associate Professor of the Department N.Kh. Gulyamova developed a special program. Tickets were prepared for the groups participating in the competition, which covered all the relevant topics.
Semi-final
The 1st stage took place on November 30, 2024 in the form of a semi-final. Groups AUD - 01, AUD - 02, AUD - 03, AUD - 05 and AUD - 06 took part in the competition. 6 students from each group participated.
The participants completed their creative work in the form of a clause and presentation on the topics specified in the exam papers, which were chosen by the group captains. Three hours were allocated for completing the work. After the presentation, the work of each group was assessed by the evaluation committee.
Based on the results of the semi-finals, groups AUD - 03 and AUD - 06 dropped out of the competition, as they were unable to score enough points.
Before the final
The final stage of the competition is scheduled for December 7, 2024, in which the remaining three groups - teams AUD-01, AUD-02 and AUD-05 will compete for first, second and third places.
