University of Catalonia (UIC)
The founder of Kimyo International University in Tashkent, Professor Alisher Vakhobov and the director of the Namangan branch of the university, Professor Tulkin Rasulov met with Roman Perez, Vice-Rector for Research, Innovation and Technology Transfer at International University of Catalonia (UIC), located in Barcelona, Spain.
The International University of Catalonia (UIC) is ranked 750th in the QS Sustainability University Rankings, and the Faculty of Dentistry of the School of Medicine is ranked 46th in the world. The university also offers programs in pedagogy, engineering, business and architecture. It was decided to implement student exchange in these educational areas on the basis of joint programs in the formats of 2+2, 3+1 for bachelor's degree and 1+1 for master's degree.
Moreover, the parties agreed to provide mutual support in scientific research, exchange of basic doctoral students, advanced training of professors and teachers, as well as organizing international conferences and symposia in cooperation.
