Candidate Requirements:
- Academic degree: Master’s, Candidate of Sciences, PhD, or Doctor of Science;
- Language skills: fluency in at least one of the following languages — Russian or English;
- Chinese proficiency: C1 level or HSK 5–6 certificate;
- Preference will be given to candidates who:
hold a foreign university diploma;
have presented at international conferences; or
are recipients of international grants or awards.
