Kimyo International University in Tashkent has started admitting applications for the Named Scholarships


Kimyo International University in Tashkent has started the process of admitting applications for the Named Scholarships. These scholarships are aimed at rewarding academic achievements, stimulating scientific and creative activities of students and are intended for full-time and master's students.

Required documents for full-time bachelor's degree students:

1. GPA results (GPA should be at least 3.5);

2. Letter of recommendation from the dean's office and department;

3. Letter of recommendation from the head of scientific (creative) work;

4. List of scientific works and their printed copies;

5. Copy of the certificate confirming the level of knowledge of a foreign language (if any).

In the absence of a certificate confirming the level of proficiency in a foreign language, students can obtain certification of their knowledge by passing a special language interview at the language departments.

6. Documents certifying victories in national or international competitions, scientific Olympiads (if any).

All documents are submitted in a folder. The cover of the folder must indicate the full name, faculty, year and group of the applicant.

Required documents for the master's degree:

1. Information about the master's student (objective);

2. GPA results (GPA must be at least 3.5);

3. Motivation letter (describing the reason why you deserve this scholarship);

4. Academic transcript (officially approved form);

5. Abstract to the master's dissertation (signed by the supervisor);

6. Letters of recommendation from professors with academic degrees or titles;

7. Letter of recommendation from the Dean's Office of the master's program;

8. List of scientific papers (form 3.4);

9. Scientific articles;

10. A certificate confirming the level of knowledge of a foreign language (if any).

 

Selection stages:

The selection process is carried out in two stages. At the first stage, the commission members review the documents and select applicants who will pass to the second stage. The list of students who passed the second stage will be published on the official pages of the university.

At the second stage, applicants take a special exam to determine the level of knowledge in logical thinking and history.

All documents must be placed in a folder indicating the applicant's name and relevant information.

Documents from applicants will be accepted from October 21 to 25, 2024.

Winners of the Named Scholarships will be included in the personnel reserve of Kimyo International University in Tashkent. The scholarship is awarded for a period of one year, at the ceremony. Students will be presented with relevant badges and certificates.

Students participating in the competition for the Founders' Grant can also participate in the competition for Named Scholarships if they meet the requirements of the scholarship.
