On 16 February, a delegation of Kimyo International University in Tashkent paid an official visit to the University of Cagliari (QS ranking: #482) in Italy.
During the visit, the Rector, Professor Akmal Baltayevich Allakuliyev, held talks with Vice-Rector Alessandra Carucci. The parties reached agreements on:
joint applied research projects in economics, engineering, education, and medicine;
faculty and researcher exchange programs;
international grants and joint research initiatives for young scientists;
cooperation on the commercialization of innovative developments.
Joint degree programs in the 2+2 and 1+1 formats were agreed for students. The visit concluded with the signing of an MoU and a cooperation agreement.
