As is known, since this year, the Scientific Council under the number PhD.03/29.12.2022.I.133.02 has begun its work at the Kimyo International University in Tashkent, which is entitled to award PhD degrees in the specialties 08.00.07 - “Finance, monetary circulation and credit” and 08.00.08 – “Accounting, economic analysis and audit”.
On March 24, 2023, the first defense at the scientific seminar of the Scientific Council took place at the Kimyo International University in Tashkent. It presented the dissertation work of an independent researcher of the Tashkent State Economic University Saydullaev Shahzod Sherzodovich on the topic “Improving the mechanisms for the initial public offering of shares in the securities market”, prepared for obtaining the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty 08.00.07 - “Finance, money circulation and credit. At the seminar, the researcher was given recommendations on how to increase the scientific and practical significance of this dissertation work. Based on the results of the defense, the dissertation work of the researcher was recommended for defense at the next stage
