The Department of Finance mainly teaches special and specialized subjects for the BSc in “Finance”, MSc in “Public Finance” and MSc in “Corporate Finance”. The subjects taught at the department are selected based on the requirements of the modern labor market, and subject programs (syllabus) are formed as a result of discussions with potential employers.
In addition, post-secondary education as an independent researcher and full-time doctoral student at the department to obtain the Doctor of Philosophy, Doctor of Science degrees, in the specialization of 08.00.07-“Finance, money circulation and credit” research students and scientists can conduct their researches.
The mission of the department is to contribute to the improvement of living standards by providing high-quality financial education.
In order to achieve this mission, successful personnel in the fields of corporate finance, state finance, and international finance are educated with the development of current theoretical and practical knowledge and skills.

Research interests: Fiscal policy, taxation, economic growth, shadow economy, macroeconomics. Scientific branch: “Finance, Money Circulation, and Credit” (08.00.07) Biography In 2019, he completed a master’s degree in International Development & Cooperation at Korea University in the Republic of Korea. Since 2020, he has been working at the Kimyo International University in Tashkent, initially as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Finance, and since 2024 as the Head of the Department of International Economics. In 2024, after conducting scientific research on the topic “Enhancing the Role of Modern Fiscal Instruments in Curbing the Scale of the Shadow Economy”, he was awarded the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics, specialization 08.00.07 – Finance, Money Circulation, and Credit.
