Department of Russian Language

The Department of the Russian Language was organized in accordance with the order of the rector No. 63 in 2019 and is the main educational and scientific structural unit of the Kimyo International University in Tashkent. 
The goal of the Russian Language Department is to improve the quality of teaching university students and improve the methodological support for the training of specialists.
The mission of the department is the training of highly qualified specialists through a deep understanding of Russian culture, as well as by teaching both the literary Russian language and the modern one used in everyday life. In accordance with the above, the training program includes both theoretical and practical aspects of learning the Russian language.
The main task of the department is the organization and implementation at a qualitative level of educational, methodological, and scientific work on the training of highly qualified specialists with deep theoretical and applied knowledge and competencies in accordance with educational standards; scientific research on the profile of the department, training, and retraining of scientific and pedagogical personnel, improving their qualifications.
The Department teaches the disciplines "Russian language", "Russian language for foreigners", and "Russian rhetoric" in groups with Uzbek, Russian and English languages of instruction. Training is carried out in the first, second, and third courses in the form of practical classes according to the approved schedule based on the work program (Syllabus). The teachers of the department prepare educational materials that are placed in the Moodle system. Student performance is assessed using a variety of traditional and alternative assessment tools.
The department cooperates with both local and foreign universities and organizations, such as Moscow Pedagogical State University (MPSU), Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN), Herzen Russian State Pedagogical University, University (RSU), Russian Center of Science and Culture in Tashkent (RCSC), Russian Cultural Center in Tashkent (RCC), within the framework of which meetings, scientific and practical conferences are held annually, scientific seminars and training on the methodology of teaching the Russian language and the publication of theses and articles in scientific journals with a high impact factor and Scopus are being prepared.
The Department of the Russian Language is a creative team that has great scientific potential and is able to solve current problems of the modern educational process. The teachers of the department conduct spiritual and educational work with students to study the creativity of writers and poets of Russian, Uzbek, and foreign literature in order to attract them to reading books of fiction, as well as the formation and development of oral speech skills in their professional activities.

Anthropocentrism Scientific branch: Methods of teaching Russian language (13.00.02) Biography In 1987, she graduated with honors from Moscow State Pedagogical University. Her total professional experience in research and teaching spans 39 years. In 2009, she defended her PhD dissertation in Pedagogical Sciences on the topic: "Developing Professional Competencies of Law Students through the Russian Language (Based on Oral Speech)." In 2023, by the decision of the Higher Attestation Commission, she was awarded the academic title of Professor. Her professional career is marked by significant achievements in university management and pedagogy. In 2018, she was named the winner of the "Best Tutor of the Year" professional competition. Since 2019, she has served as the Head of the Russian Language Department at Kimyo International University in Tashkent (KIUT). Under her leadership, the department conducts scientific and methodological work, including the publication of the scientific journal "Education Human Life," where she serves as Editor-in-Chief. Her research and publishing activities include 4 textbooks, 1 monograph, 10 study guides, and an extensive range of scientific articles in leading journals. In 2021, she was honored with a state award—the Order of "Dustlik" (Friendship)—for her contribution to the development of interethnic relations and the educational sphere. She continuously enhances her professional skills at international educational centers. In August 2024, she completed a training program on "Modern Educational Technologies in Teaching Various Disciplines at Universities" at WSB Merito University (Warsaw, Poland). In July 2025, she successfully completed a research internship at Sunchon National University (Republic of Korea).

Since September 2024, he has been working at the Kimyo International University in Tashkent as a professor in the department of Russian Language. Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences, Professor. Author of textbooks, a monograph, study guides, and more than 200 scientific articles. In 1980, awarded the "For Valiant Labor" medal, and in 2000, the "Shuhrat" medal of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Scientific branch: Methods of teaching the Russian language (13.00.02) Biography Kimyo International University of Tashkent has been working at September 2024, in the Department of the Russian Language. In 2022, he successfully defended his dissertation on the topic: "Methodology for the formation of linguistic and methodological competencies of future primary school teachers" and received a PhD in pedagogy. Since 2022, he has been acting associate professor. In October, the Academic council of the Kimyo International University in Tashkent decided to transfer Sadykov R.M. to the position of associate professor of the Department of Russian Language. Sadykov R.M. in his teaching practice, he manifests himself as a responsible employee and a high-level specialist. He has a large number of international articles, including active participation in scientific conferences both national and international. In 2023, I underwent professional development at the Kazan (Volga Region) Federal University.

Scientific interests: Methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language (RFL). Scientific direction: Mastering speech activity in the lessons of Russian as a foreign language. Biography Since 2019, she began working at Tashkent Kimyo International University. Assistant Professor of the Russian language department. During her work, she published one “Russian-Uzbek-English-Korean phraseological dictionary”, two textbooks “Collection of exercises on Russian proverbs and sayings” and “Workshop on the Russian language” 1 textbook "Russian language: from basics to mastery". She is the author of numerous scientific articles and thesis.

Since 2019, she has been working as a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Russian Language at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. She graduated from Namangan State Pedagogical University with a degree in Russian Language and Literature. Currently, she serves as Acting Associate Professor of the department. She has completed advanced training courses at leading universities in Russia, which allowed her to expand her scientific and methodological outlook and improve her competencies in the field of modern methods of teaching Russian as a foreign language. She is the author of textbooks and teaching manuals intended for students of various specialties, as well as a number of scientific articles and theses published in national and international journals. Her main research area is related to the topic: “Comparative Analysis of Russian and Uzbek Phraseological Units as a Means of Characterizing Moral and Ethical Qualities of Personality.” Her research aims to identify the cultural and national specificity of phraseological units, their role in shaping the linguistic worldview, and their importance in intercultural communication. Her academic interests include issues of general linguistics, Russian grammar, phraseology, and the methodology of comparative analysis. Particular attention is paid to the methodology of teaching Russian in an intercultural environment.

Scientific branch: Methods of teaching the Russian Language (13.00.02) Biography Since 2020, she has been working as a senior lecturer at the department of Russian Language at Kimyo international university in Tashkent. She holds a degree in "Russian language in national groups" from the Mirzo Ulugbek National University of Uzbekistan. She is conducting research on the topic: "Formation of professional competencies of students in non-linguistic universities through the «Edutainment» technology in Russian language teaching." She has published more than 30 scientific articles on methods of teaching the Russian language. She is the author of the instructional and methodological manual "Game-based Edutainment methods in grammar.", Co-author of the textbooks “Edutainment in Russian Cases” and “Russian Language: From Basics to Mastery.”

She has a bachelor's degree in "teacher of Russian language and literature" from the State Pedagogical University in Tashkent. She is the author of several monographs and scientific articles. Biography: Since 2018, she has been engaged in teaching at the Kimyo International University in Tashkent. In 2022, she passed the State Russian Language Testing and obtained the certificate of the Third Level (TRKI-III/C1). In 2024 received a diploma of advanced training “Modern linguodidactic technologies in teaching Russian as a foreign language” at the International summer School INRTU (Russia, Irkutsk). She is the author of scientific articles based on her research.

She has a bachelor’s degree in “Russian language and literature” from the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami, as well as a master’s degree in “Native Language (Russian Language)” from the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami. She is the author of several scientific articles and theses published in international and national publications. Constantly participates in international and republican scientific and practical conferences. She has a diploma of professional retraining in the specialty “Practical Psychologist”, additional specialty “Family Psychologist” from the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami. Biography In 2022, she began working at the Kimyo International University in Tashkent. In 2023, she submitted documents for a PhD on the topic “Linguistic methodological foundations of the formation of spelling competencies in teaching Russian to students of non-linguistic universities” to the Kimyo International University in Tashkent in Theory and methodology of education and upbringing. Russian Russian has a bachelor's degree in the field of Philology, Russian language from the Uzbek State University of World Languages, as well as a master's degree in the specialty of a teacher of the Russian language from the Uzbek State University of World Languages. She is the author of the textbook “Speech Culture” and several scientific articles. She received an international certificate of knowledge of the C2 Russian language in Uzbekistan.

Since 2025, she has been working at Kimyo International University in Tashkent at the Department of Russian Language. She is a specialist in philology, with expertise in literary studies and comparative linguistics. In 2022, she defended her PhD dissertation in Philology on a topic devoted to the specifics of documentary prose (non-fiction) in contemporary literature, based on Russian, Uzbek, and Belarusian prose. She is the author of scientific articles and studies on Russian literature, comparative literary studies, documentary literature, translation studies, and the teaching of the Russian language. She is also the author of the учебное пособие “History of Russian Literature” (by periods) and the textbook “Fundamentals of Literary Studies”, as well as a collection of short stories titled “50 Women’s Destinies.” Currently, she is working on her doctoral (DSc) dissertation in the specialty 10.00.06 - comparative literary studies, comparative linguistics, and translation studies. Her research focuses on the problems of documentary prose in Russian and Uzbek literature. Her research interests include Russian literature, comparative literary studies, translation studies, documentary literature, non-fiction theory, the interaction of language and literature, and modern literary education.
