The Department of Therapeutic Disciplines was established in 2025 and in a short period of time has taken a worthy place in the academic community of the university, becoming an integral part of its educational and scientific space. The department is headed by Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor Bobur Akbarovich Toirov, a highly qualified specialist with rich clinical experience, pedagogical skills and scientific potential, which contributes to the dynamic development of the department.
Currently, the department functions as a structural division and provides training for students in such areas as “Medical business”, "Dentistry". Training is conducted using modern pedagogical technologies, innovative approaches and clinical practice in accordance with international educational standards.

Therapy is a fundamental field of clinical medicine that combines science, technology, and humanistic values. It requires not only deep knowledge and clinical thinking, but also the ability to see the person behind the diagnosis, to show empathy, responsibility and professional ethics.
The mission of the department is to train highly qualified, competent and morally responsible specialists who are able to effectively solve modern problems of internal medicine, introduce innovative approaches and contribute to the development of science and healthcare.
Main tasks of the department:
* ensuring a high level of teaching of therapeutic subjects for medical students;
* development and implementation of innovative educational programs based on the principles of evidence-based medicine;
* conducting scientific research aimed at improving the diagnosis, prevention and treatment of internal diseases;
* developing the human and scientific potential of teachers and young professionals;
* involve students in research, educational and volunteer activities.
The Department actively supports student initiatives by organizing Olympiads, scientific and practical conferences, seminars, trainings and master classes. These events contribute to the development of professional thinking, strengthening clinical skills and developing the leadership qualities of future doctors.
In addition, students and teachers of the department take an active part in social and educational projects aimed at improving the health of the population and developing the medical community.

Research interests: Dermatology, dermato-cosmetology, laser dermatology, dermatosurgery. Scientific branch: Dermatology and Venereology (14.00.11). Biography. In 2001 and 2008, he graduated from the Tashkent Medical Academy with a bachelor’s degree in General Medicine. In 2010, he completed his clinical residency in Dermatovenereology. Since 2010, he has been working at the Republican Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Dermatovenereology and Cosmetology. From 2013 to 2024, he headed the Department of Dermato-Cosmetology at the RSPMCDVC. Since 2024, he has been engaged in teaching at the Department of Clinical Disciplines of the International University Kimyo in Tashkent. Since 2025, he has served as the Head of the Department of Therapeutic Disciplines at the International University Kimyo in Tashkent. In 2019, he successfully defended his dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), and in 2021 — his doctoral dissertation (DSc). He is the author of several monographs, textbooks, and scientific articles published in national and international journals. Membership in Professional Organizations: Association of Dermatovenereologists and Cosmetologists of Uzbekistan; European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology (EADV).
Research interests: rehabilitation (strokes, Parkinsonism, MS, Guillain-Barre syndrome), traditional medicine, sports medicine (injuries, ACL, biomechanics), neurology. Scientific branch: sports medicine (14.00.38) Biography. Since 2025, she has been working at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. That same year, she received her PhD in medical sciences from the Tashkent Medical Academy. She also holds a bachelor's degree in general medicine and a master's degree in neurology from the Tashkent Medical Academy. She is the author of scientific articles and methodological recommendations. She has actively participated in international internships in countries such as Korea, China, and Austria. She has received grants from the EFNS in Switzerland, Italy, the Czech Republic, and Israel. She is a sports physician for international competitions: Paralympic Games - Tokyo 2021, Asian Games - Hangzhou 2022, CIS Games - Belarus 2023, Asian Youth Games - Bahrain 2025. From 2022 to the present, he has been working as a sports doctor and rehabilitation specialist at the Republican Scientific and Practical Medical Center for Sports Medicine.
Research interests: Development and implementation of an innovative immunohistochemistry (IHC) protocol for the diagnosis and monitoring of vitiligo, aimed at early detection of active lesions, prediction of therapeutic response, and improving treatment effectiveness. Scientific branch: Dermatology and Venereology (14.00.11). Biography Since 2023, she has been working at the International University of Kimyo in Tashkent. Associate Professor, dermatologist-venereologist, Candidate of Medical Sciences, and physician of the highest category. From 1999 to 2003, she worked as a junior research associate in the Mycology Department at the Research Institute of Dermatology and Venereology. From 2003 to 2020, she served as a lecturer at the Department of Dermatology and Venereology, Tashkent Medical Academy. From 2020 to 2025, she was a lecturer at the Department of the Tashkent State Dental Institute. In 2009, she defended her PhD dissertation titled “Forecasting morbidity and improving the treatment of trichophytosis considering environmental factors.” In 2012, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. She participated in several grant and research projects, including: 2006–2008 — “Prevention of sexually transmitted infections among women engaged in commercial sex work.” 2014–2015 — a joint project between the Tashkent Medical Academy and the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan, aimed at developing anti-inflammatory, antiherpetic, and wound-healing drugs based on polyphenols and peptides from local plant materials (Rutan, Gossitan, Getasan). Author of over 100 scientific articles and theses, 11 methodological recommendations, 8 textbooks, 1 electronic textbook, and 2 patents (“Electronic Textbook ‘Dermatovenereology’”, “Method for diagnosing and predicting the progression of actinic keratosis”).
Research interests: Cognitive disorders, endogenous diseases, neuroses, depression, borderline conditions in psychiatry, psychotherapy, medical psychology, psychoneurology, autism spectrum disorders, psychomotor therapy based on French technology, psychotherapy, artificial intelligence in psychoneurology, telemedicine. Scientific branch: Psychiatry and Narcology (14.00.18), Neurology (14.00.13). Biography In 2012, he graduated from TashPMI with a Bachelor's degree in General Pediatrics and in 2015 obtained a Master's degree in Psychiatry. In 2023, he received a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Medical Sciences from Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute. Since 2025, he has been working as an Associate Professor at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. He is the author of scientific articles, methodological recommendations, a monograph, and educational materials, actively participates in international conferences and research projects. He has completed professional development courses in Russia, Austria, and France. Author of several textbooks, monographs, methodological recommendations, projects, and scientific articles.
Research interests: endocrine system diseases, such as diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, autoimmune thyroiditis, Graves' disease, Itsenko-Cushing's syndrome, Addison's disease, acromegaly, hyperprolactinemia, as well as obesity, in which excess body weight is associated with hormonal imbalances in metabolism, and polycystic ovary syndrome, characterized by ovulation disorders, elevated androgen levels, and infertility. Scientific branch: Endocrinology (14.00.03). Biography In 2015, she graduated from the Tashkent Medical Academy with a bachelor's degree in general practitioner, and in 2018, she received a master's degree in endocrinology. In 2024, she received a PhD in medical sciences from the Tashkent Medical Academy. Since 2025, she has worked at Kimyo International University in Tashkent as an acting associate professor. She has authored research articles, methodological recommendations, a monograph, and teaching materials, and actively participates in international conferences and research projects. She has completed advanced training in neighboring and non-CIS countries (Russia, Austria, and Turkey). She is the author of several textbooks, monographs, methodological recommendations, projects, and research articles.
Research interests: neurology, functional diagnostics of neurological diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, movement disorders, epileptology, cerebrovascular diseases Scientific branch: Neurology (14.00.13) Biography Since 2023, Started working at Kimyo international university in Tashkent. In 2024, he received the rank of Associate Professor at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. Since 2024, he has been working at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. In 2024, he received the rank of Associate Professor at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. He has a bachelor's degree in General Medicine from Andijan State Medical Institute, as well as a master's degree in Neurology from Tashkent Medical Academy. He is the author of several methodological recommendations and scientific articles. In 2023, he defended his PhD dissertation and received a PhD in Medical Sciences.
Research interests: ehabilitology (stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, Guillain–Barré syndrome), traditional medicine, sports medicine (injuries, ACL, biomechanics), neurology. Scientific branch: sports medicine (14.00.38) Biography. Since 2025, she has been working at the International University “Kimyo” in Tashkent. She is a member of the European Stroke Organisation (ESO) and the author of scientific articles, lectures, and methodological recommendations in the fields of neurology and sports medicine. She completed an internship at the Department of Neurology of Marmara University in Istanbul, Turkey.
