A roundtable discussion titled “The Image of Amir Temur in Medieval Sources” was held at the Department of History of Kimyo International University in Tashkent.
The event, dedicated to the 690th anniversary of Amir Temur’s birth (April 8, 2026), brought together students and faculty members. Renowned scholars — Professors Shodmon Vohidov, Bahriddin Usmonov, and Bobir Aminov — delivered presentations.
During the discussion, important insights were shared on medieval sources, the history of the Timurid period, military campaigns, and epigraphic heritage.
The roundtable contributed to enriching students’ historical knowledge and strengthening their interest in source studies.
