A textbook authored by the head of the Department of History of the Kimyo International University in Tashkent Zamonov Akbar was published.

This textbook, intended for students of historical faculties of higher educational institutions, covers the period of the history of Uzbekistan from the 16th century to the middle of the 19th century. The textbook includes the history of our country in the states of the Emirate of Bukhara, the Khorezm and Kokan khanates, as well as the history of the Karakalpaks. This textbook differs from the previous educational literature in that it is enriched with available sources, the results of research conducted in recent years, and the introduction of scientific innovations.
