Yesterday, at a fashion show organized by the initiative of the textile company “NUR TEX”, students of the Fashion Design faculty of Kimyo International University in Tashkent demonstrated their clothing collections. The honorary guests of the event were representatives of the prestigious German companies GIZ and KfW.
During the event, the students presented their modern and innovative developments. The guests were very interested in the uniqueness of each dress, the combination of national and modern elements.
Representatives of the German companies GIZ and KfW highly appreciated the presented clothing models and especially noted the creativity and technical skills of the students. At the end of the event, representatives of GIZ and KfW proposed to further develop cooperation with Kimyo International University in Tashkent, in particular, to consider the issue of providing grants to students of the Fashion Design faculty.
The event was also attended by the rector of Kimyo International University in Tashkent, Karimjon Akhmedjanov, who highly appreciated the projects created by the students. He expressed hope that the university's Fashion Design students will be able to expand their creative potential and gain international recognition, noting that this event will be the beginning of long-term cooperation with German companies.
