What does this mean and how does it work?
For students who have successfully passed the entrance exams, the percentage and the rate of the tuition fee are set in the following order:
13% - 0 sum
13% - 6 600 000 sum
14% - 8 800 000 sum
15% - 11 000 000 sum
15% - 15 400 000 sum
15% - 17 600 000 sum
the rest 22 000 000 sum
Student performance indicators are formed in the 1st academic year based on the results of entrance exams, and in the following academic years, based on the student's GPA.

Grants are redistributed at the end of each academic year based on student performance.
