International Scientific Seminar Held at Kimyo International University in Tashkent
On June 3, 2026, Kimyo International University in Tashkent hosted an international scientific and practical seminar titled “Effective Publishing Strategy as a Factor in Enhancing the International Visibility of Modern Universities.”
The seminar focused on publishing research in international databases, the role of scientometric platforms such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and ORCID in evaluating research performance, as well as strategies for improving universities’ research rankings.
The event featured keynote presentations by Professor Aidar Kalimullin and Professor Alfiya Masalimova (Kazan Federal University, Russia), Professor Intakhab Alam Khan (King Abdulaziz University, Saudi Arabia), and Professor Muhammet Uşak (University of Kragujevac, Serbia).
The speakers shared their experience in publishing in high-impact journals, developing research competencies, expanding academic cooperation, and strengthening international research activities.
The seminar provided participants with practical recommendations on improving the quality of scientific publications, enhancing international collaboration, and increasing the global academic visibility of universities.
