On October 4, 2024, Kimyo International University in Tashkent hosted Professor Moritz Florin, Head of the Department of Modern and East European History at Friedrich-Alexander University located in Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany. During the visit, the professor met with the Head of the Department of Social Sciences and Humanities at the university, Tolkin Jumayev. The main goal of the meeting was to strengthen academic cooperation between the universities, and issues such as student and faculty exchange, implementation of joint research and projects were discussed.
