Cooperation between Kimyo International University in Tashkent (KIUT) and the prestigious European University of Design, located in the Italian city of Pescara, is strengthening. On September 30 this year, the head of the design department of European Design University Pescara, Mr. Angelo Bucci, and his deputy Mr. Luca Giuliano visited KIUT.
The purpose of our partners' visit was to meet with the students of the recently opened Interior Design program at KIUT and to expand educational opportunities for students in Italy. Mr. Angelo Bucci and Mr. Luca Giuliano met with students to provide them with detailed information about educational opportunities at European Design University Pescara. These opportunities include 2+2 and 3+1 programs, as well as summer school programs in Italy.
These programs allow students to receive a quality education, study modern design trends, collaborate with foreign students and gain knowledge directly from world-famous Italian designers. During the meetings between the two universities, which took place in a friendly atmosphere, the firm desire to further develop scientific and practical cooperation in the field of education was emphasized, and new agreements were reached. In addition, issues of curriculum coordination and mutual exchange of teachers were discussed.
