Seminar on "Women's Health – A Guarantee of a Healthy Future"
Kimyo International University in Tashkent hosted a seminar titled "Women's Health – A Guarantee of a Healthy Future," organized by students of the Beauty Aesthetics program and faculty members of the Practical Cosmetology department. The event focused on women's health, proper nutrition, psychological well-being, and modern trends in cosmetology.
Specialists from various fields and medical professionals participated in the seminar, providing valuable advice to students and guests.
The special guest of the event, Parizoda Kurakhmedova – an international psychologist, expert in family relations, and a member of the Psychologists' Association of Uzbekistan and Russia – shared insights on family relationships and the social role of women.
During the seminar, students and participants had the opportunity to get answers to their questions and receive useful medical and cosmetology recommendations. The event aimed to promote a healthy lifestyle and strengthen both physical and mental well-being among women.
