Students of Kimyo International University in Tashkent are bound to China: a new stage of the joint "2+2" program with Huaqiao University


Today, a farewell ceremony was held at Kimyo International University in Tashkent for students who will continue their education at the prestigious Huaqiao University in the People's Republic of China.

According to the agreement on the launch of the joint "2+2" program, signed between Kimyo International University in Tashkent and Huaqiao University on September 12, 2023, the students will study in Tashkent for the first two years and then continue their education in China.

As part of this year's program, 12 students studying in the program "Translation Studies: Chinese-English" successfully completed HSK level 4 and received the opportunity to continue their studies at Huaqiao University. HSK level 4 is a certificate that confirms sufficient knowledge and skills in the Chinese language and serves to train students as specialists with deep knowledge and international qualifications.

Two students received the chance to study on a full scholarship for two years. These students were distinguished by their knowledge and hard work, proving that they are well prepared to study in China. Their achievements are a great source of pride and motivation not only for themselves but also for the university. The farewell ceremony was held with the participation of the management of Kimyo International University in Tashkent, teachers and family members of the students. Speaking at the ceremony, the rector of the university K. Akhmedjanov congratulated the students going to Huaqiao University and wished them success and good luck. He expressed confidence that cooperation within the framework of this program will strengthen scientific and cultural ties between the two countries.
