The scholarship of Lotte Foundation (South Korea) was presented to students of the Faculty of Korean Philology
The award ceremony organized by the Lotte Foundation took place yesterday. At this event, not only the university students studying in Tashkent were awarded, but also the students of its branches in Samarkand and Namangan. The rector of the university, teachers, students and representatives of the Lotte Foundation were also present at the event.
Speaking at the award ceremony, the rector of the university especially noted the strong aspirations of the students and their achievements in learning the Korean language. He also thanked the Lotte Foundation and emphasized that such events encourage students to work harder on themselves and develop.
Among the students who received the award, there were 11 young people who wrote the best scientific articles, actively participated in conferences, got excellently excellent academic results and were socially vulnerable students. Receiving the award, each student promised to continue improving their achievements.
