Today, representatives of our university visited one of South Korea’s leading universities — Suncheon National University. The main purpose of the visit was to connect with Uzbek students currently studying there and to explore opportunities for strengthening bilateral cooperation.
During the meeting our students opened up about their studies and the paths that brought them to Korea and future aspirations. The discussion also touched on their financial state, approaches to learning the Korean language, and how they spend their free time.
Our delegation also held productive talks with university officials, including Mr. Kang-Seok Seo, Head of the International Relations Department. The parties discussed concrete proposals for launching joint 2+2 academic programs, faculty exchange initiatives, and collaborative research projects.
Plans were also outlined to expand summer school opportunities, enhance student exchange programs, and increase the number of scholarships.
