Universities received “reporter” status in The Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2024
This list also includes Kimyo International University in Tashkent. The prestigious British ranking organization Times Higher Education has announced the results of its World University Rankings for 2024.
It is noteworthy that this year another 20 universities of our republic will be registered as “reporters”, and applicants for a place in the TOP-1000 ranking will increase from 28 to 48 compared to last year. In this ranking, the performance of universities was assessed in 5 areas based on 18 indicators: teaching, research environment, research quality, industry and international perspectives. These 48 universities have been selected as candidates to enter into the prestigious THE rankings, and the ranking agency actively supports them in this.
For reference, The Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2024 include 1,904 universities across 108 countries and regions, whereas 769 universities have the status of “reporter”.
