Department of Preschool and Primary Education
Pre-school and primary education are of great importance in the formation of a harmoniously developed personality, since the knowledge and values instilled in a child at this age determine his entire subsequent life. In order to improve the system of pre-school and primary education and provide institutions of pre-school and primary education with qualified personnel at the Kimyo Tashkent International University, from the 2019-2020 academic year, the undergraduate directions "Primary education" and "Preschool education" were opened and on August 3, 2021, by order of the rector of the university, the department "Methods of preschool and primary education" was created. From the 2022-2023 academic year, the admission of the undergraduate program "Special Pedagogy" has begun.
The department organizes the educational process for the training of undergraduate and graduate specialists, as well as coordinates the scientific and methodological work of the members of the department. 3 free applicants of the department are conducting scientific work to optimize the educational process in the preschool and elementary school.
Curricula of subjects are developed on the basis of studying the experience of leading foreign countries, at the same time they comply with the state standards of the Republic of Uzbekistan. During classes, students are instilled with love for their future profession, they have the opportunity to get acquainted with the profession on the basis of experimental research sites: specialized secondary school No. 300, Vosiq international school and Kindergarden, Leader School in Tashkent. With them, on the basis of mutual agreement, "Master classes", open classes are held and pedagogical practice of students is organized.
The department cooperates on the basis of a memorandum with the "Republican Education Center" on the creation and improvement of educational and methodological literature for preschool, special and primary levels of the continuous education system.
Starting from the 2022-2023 academic year, the department has been training personnel in the master's specialties "Theory and Methods of Preschool Education" and "Theory and Methods of Primary Education".

Rustamova Manzura Mirkamalovna
Head of Chair
Head of the department, Doctor of Philosophy in pedagogical sciences, has 10 years of scientific and pedagogical work experience. 2016- the winner of the "Innovative Ideas" regional exhibition and the Republican youth competition. In 2017, she was the winner of the "Most Skilled Primary School Teacher" nomination at the university level of the "Stars of Science" 4th Republican intellectual competition held by the "Olima" Association of Women and Girls of Uzbekistan. In 2018, the winner of the 1st Republican competition of the 100 best innovative projects of women of Uzbekistan held by the Women's Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Inventor Women" in the nomination "The Best Program and Database Created for Computer". In 2022, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic "Methods of Developing Creative Thinking of Primary School Students in Technology Lessons". She has published more than 50 scientific works, including 1 electronic textbook, 1 electronic manual, 1 training manual, 3 methodical manuals; author of more than 40 scientific and methodical articles.
Khamedova Nilufar Azimovna
Associate Professor
Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor of the Methods of Preschool and Primary Education department, she has 40 years of experience in the scientific and pedagogical activity. The main direction in the speciality is Mathematics and the methodology of its teaching in primary grades. She teaches courses on Methods of Teaching Mathematics in Primary School for Bachelor degree students, Theory of Subjects in Primary Education, and Methods of Teaching Speciality Disciplines for Master's degree students. In 1995 she defended her PhD thesis on the topic "Formation of Economic and Statistical Knowledge among Students in Grades 1-4 of a Comprehensive School." She has published more than 120 scientific papers, including 2 textbooks, 1 electronic textbook, 4 teaching aids, 4 teaching aids, more than 100 scientific and methodological articles and conference presentations. He is the supervisor of two independent researchers in the department.
Azamova Malokhat Nadjimova

Azamova Malohat Nadjimovna - Acting Associate Professor of Kimyo International University in Tashkent since August 2022. She is a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Sciences (PhD) - has 30 years of experience in teaching and 10 years of experience in scientific and pedagogical work. Azamova Malohat Nadjimovna - conduct lectures and practical classes for Bachelor students in the disciplines Theory and Methods for the Development of Speech in Preschoolers, Methods of Educational Work and for Masters- Theory of Preschool Education and Methods of Teaching Special Subjects. Azamova Malohat Nadjimovna is an independent researcher for Doctor (DS) degree in the speciality 13.00.07. - "Theory and Methodology of Preschool Education" and is working on a dissertation on the topic "Improving the Mechanisms for the Development of Professional Competence of Directors of Preschool Educational Organizations." Azamova Malohat Nadjimovna is a member of the Academic Council of the Scientific Seminar in the speciality 13.00.02.- “Management in Education”. Azamova Malohat Nadjimovna published about 50 scientific papers, including 1 textbook and 4 teaching aids.
Nusratova Khamida Chuliboyevna
Associate Professor
Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Philological Sciences, Associate Professor of the Department of Methods of Preschool and Primary Education, has 25 years of scientific and pedagogical experience. Docent, H. Ch. Nusratova has developed advanced pedagogical teaching technologies based on the spirit of the times and the principles of the idea of national independence in the subjects of "Native Language and Children's Literature", "Theory of Primary Education", "Culture of Linguistics", "Culture of Speech". H. Ch. Nusratova has published more than fifty scientific articles, more than ten journalistic articles in collections of the republican and foreign press, at various scientific conferences. In 2021, the scholarship holder's textbooks "Children's Literature" and "General Pedagogy", the teaching aid "Children's Literature", the monograph "Artistic Mastery of Safar Barnoev", "Teaching the Creativity Module of Tursunboy Adashboev in Primary School" were published, and methodological manuals entitled "Teaching Children's Poetic Works of Abdulla Avloni in Primary School" were published.
Akhmedova Maxfuza Sadikovna

In 2024, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. To date, she is the author of more than 60 articles and theses, a study guide, and a Russian language textbook for Grade 4, a teacher’s manual for the Grade 11 Russian language textbook, a multimedia application for the Grade 4 Russian language textbook, as well as the study guide “Speaking Russian” (Parts 1–2) for preschool educational institutions. In addition, she is the author of the textbook “Mother Tongue – Reading Literacy and Its Teaching Methodology” and several study guides on the subject “Mother Tongue”. For her many years productive work, M. S. Akhmedova has been highly recognized by the state and awarded the badge “Excellence in Public Education” (2009), the badge “On the Occasion of the 25th Anniversary of Independence”, as well as the Order “For a Healthy Generation-«Sog‘lom avlod uchun » ” (2nd degree, 2018). She actively participates in the social and academic life of the university, regularly contributing to the scientific as well as spiritual and educational activities of the department. In addition, she plays an effective role in engaging graduate and undergraduate students in research, guiding their academic projects, and promoting the practical implementation of their scientific results.
Yuldasheva Tahmina Bonu G‘ayratovna

Research interests: Pedagogy. Methods of primary education. Teaching methods. Korean language and literature (linguodidactics). Research area: Theory and methods of teaching and education (13.00.02) Biography: has been working at International Kimyo university in Tashkent since 2025. Basic speciality: philologist - teacher of the Korean language and literature. In 2024, she obtained the international Korean language certificate TOPIKII. In 2025, she successfully defended her Master’s thesis in the specialty 70110501 – Theory and Methodology of Primary Education on the topic “Forming Cognitive Interests of Primary School Pupils through Creative Tasks in Russian Language Lessons” and was awarded a Master’s degree. She is the author of scientific publications focused on the development of cognitive interests in primary school children, the use of creative teaching methods, diagnostics of learning motivation, as well as the speech and subject development of children of primary school age.

Biography: Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences (DSc), Acting Professor at the Department of "Methods of Preschool and Primary Education," has 30 years of scientific and pedagogical experience. Basic specialty: philologist-teacher of English language and literature. In 2000, she defended her dissertation in the specialty 13.00.05 - Theory and methodology of professional education on the topic "Development of socio-cultural competence in professional training based on the traditions of the Uzbek people," and received the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in Pedagogical Sciences (PhD). In 2025, she defended her doctoral dissertation in the specialty 13.00.05 - Theory and methodology of professional education on the topic "Improving the methodology of forming the professional competence of future lawyers in the process of teaching English." Author of more than 150 scientific works, including 2 monographs, 5 textbooks, 1 electronic dictionary, and 3 methodological manuals. In 2025, IPD doctoral student Ubaydullaeva Sayera under the supervision of Ruzmetova N.V. defended her PhD dissertation on the specialty 13.00.05- the theory and method of professional development “"Improving the methodology for the formation of reflexive competence of future vocational education teachers".

Research area: Theory and methodology of education and upbringing (Uzbek language) (pedagogical sciences) (13.00.02) Biography: Since 2026, he has been working at the International University of Chemistry in Tashkent. Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences (2020), Bachelor's degree in "Primary Education and Educational Work" from the Nizami National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan (2005), Master's degree in Primary Education from the Nizami National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan (2007). From 2007 to 2026, he worked at the Department of Theory and Methodology of Primary Education at the Nizami National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan. Co-author of several scientific and methodological articles, the textbook "Methodology of teaching the native language in primary grades", "Methodology of teaching cursive", "Practical Uzbek language", "Literacy teaching 1", "Formation of literary analysis skills in 4th grade students", "Uzbek language 2", "Uzbek language 3", "Uzbek language 4", author of the textbooks "Formation of literary analysis skills in 4th grade students".

Scientific interests: Primary education methodology, modern pedagogical technologies, developing creative and critical thinking in students, improving reading literacy, and effectively using digital learning tools. Scientific direction: Theory and methodology of primary education, modern pedagogical technologies and development of students' competencies. Biography: He started working at the International University of Chemistry in Tashkent in 2025. A specialist engaged in scientific and pedagogical activities in the field of pedagogy. He is engaged in pedagogical activity in the direction of primary education, pays special attention to the issues of improving the educational process, developing professional competencies of future primary school teachers, and the formation of self-development skills in students. Qaytarova Nargiza Kakhramonovna conducted scientific research in the areas of primary education methodology, modern pedagogical approaches, information culture, and the formation of students' self-development competencies. His scientific articles on these topics have been published in the materials of scientific and practical conferences and in publications. He also regularly develops his scientific and pedagogical activities, strives to improve his professional knowledge and skills, and studies and implements modern educational technologies. Improving pedagogical skills, improving scientific and methodological competencies, and improving the quality of education are important areas of his professional activity.
Abdusabirova Laylo Azizjon kizi

Research Field: Specialization 13.00.01 – Theory of Pedagogy. History of Pedagogical Thought. Biography: Since 2026, she has been working at Kimyo International University in Tashkent. In 2026, she successfully defended her dissertation submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pedagogical Sciences. The research activities of Abdusabirova Laylo Azizjon kizi focus on improving the educational process, developing students’ creative activities, enhancing educational effectiveness through an integrative approach, and introducing modern pedagogical technologies into educational practice. Abdusabirova Laylo Azizjon kizi conducts research on the development of students’ creative potential, improvement of forms and methods for organizing creative activities, and the application of an integrative approach in the educational process. She has published scientific articles and research papers in these areas. Throughout her academic and pedagogical career, she has continuously developed her professional and research competencies, with particular attention to improving pedagogical skills, studying modern educational technologies, and implementing them in teaching practice.

Research area: Theory and methodology of teaching and upbringing (13.00.02) Biography: Doctor of Philosophy in pedagogical sciences, experience of scientific and pedagogical work for more than 13 years (since September 2012). In 2020, she defended her PhD dissertation on the topic” Improving the methodological system of practical classes in mathematics based on special technologies" (13.00.02). She has published more than 70 scientific papers, including 1 monography, 2 textbooks, 9 training manuals, 4 teaching aids, and is the author of more than 60 scientific and methodological articles. In 2023, she received the scientific rank of "docent". In 2024, she received the CEFR B2 (English) certificate. In 2012-2018, sshe worked at the Uzbek National Pedagogical University named after Nizami, in 2018-2025 - at the University of Military Security and Defense of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and in the last year - at EMU Disciplinary University. In March 2024, she completed advanced training at the RPP and their AT (now the National Pedagogical University of Uzbekistan named after Nizami). In 2026, she completed a 72-hour advanced training course "STEAM 8 at Hedef" in Baku. On September 2, 2026, she began working at the Department of Primary and Preschool Education Method at the Tashkent International University of Chemical in Tashkent. She conducts classes on the discipline "Theory of the primary mathematics course" for bachelor students here.

Research area: Theory and Methodology of Education and Upbringing (Mathematics) (13.00.02) Biography: has been working at Kimyo International University in Tashkent since 2026 as an acting professor. She holds a PhD in Pedagogical Sciences (2009) and an associate professor (2012). She received a diploma as a teacher of mathematics and computer science from the Tashkent State Pedagogical University named after Nizami (1999). A.V. Sadikova is the author of two monographs, three textbooks, five teaching aids, seven teaching aids, and over 100 scientific and methodological articles, including co-authoring multimedia applications and teaching aids for mathematics textbooks for grades 1, 2, 3, and 4 of primary school. In 2023, she improved her qualifications at Kazan Federal University.
