Memorandum of Understanding

A memorandum of understanding is a document that describes the broad outlines of an agreement that parties have reached. MOUs communicate the mutually accepted expectations of all of the parties involved in a negotiation. While not legally binding, the MOU signals that a binding contract is imminent.

An MOU is important because it defines the responsibilities of each party in an agreement, provides the scope and authority of the agreement, clarifies terms and outlines compliance issues.

On December 26, 2019 Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Korean Educational Center in Tashkent and Yeoju Technical Institute in Tashkent. According to the signed Memorandum, the parties agreed on the further development of cooperation in the field of education and culture.
