DEAR UNIVERSITY GRADUATES!

Today marks one of the most significant and memorable days in the life of our University. Today, you — our dear graduates — receive your higher education diplomas as a well-deserved recognition of many years of hard work, dedication, perseverance, and pursuit of knowledge.
First and foremost, on behalf of the entire University community, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to each and every one of you on reaching this important milestone!
The diploma you receive today is not merely a document certifying the completion of a stage in your education. It is a symbol that, together with knowledge, you are also accepting responsibility.
From this day forward, a new chapter begins in your lives. What matters now is not only what you know, but also how effectively you can transform your knowledge into meaningful results.
The modern world is changing at an unprecedented pace. Knowledge that was considered essential yesterday is being updated today, while professions that are in high demand now may require entirely new competencies tomorrow. Artificial intelligence, digital technologies, global competition, and emerging economic relations are fundamentally reshaping the nature of the labour market.
Therefore, your first responsibility is never to stop learning. Your second is to master your profession and embrace professional responsibility. Your third is to become specialists who not only identify problems but are also capable of proposing effective solutions. Your fourth is never to compromise integrity and professional ethics for personal gain. And your fifth is to take responsibility for the development and prosperity of our country.

DEAR GRADUATES!
You are entering an era of global competition. Competition is no longer confined to a single city or country. Your knowledge, competencies, and professional potential will be measured against those of specialists from across the world.
Work for international companies. Engage in scientific research. Build start-ups. Master emerging technologies. Continue your education at leading universities around the world. Yet, wherever your journey takes you, always strive to connect your knowledge and experience with the progress and development of our country.
We want to see you not simply as graduates seeking employment, but as a generation that creates new jobs, transforms new ideas into reality, and becomes a driving force for positive change in your respective fields.

DEAR YOUNG FRIENDS!
Life will not always unfold according to your plans. Alongside success, you will inevitably encounter challenges. Some doors may close, and some plans may take longer to realise than expected.
At such moments, remember one important truth:
Success does not mean never falling; it means having the strength and determination to rise and keep moving forward every time.
Believe in yourselves. But never stop working on yourselves.
Set ambitious goals. But achieve them through honest and dedicated work.
Compete. But never lose your humanity.
Aspire to positions of leadership. But value not the position itself — value the responsibility that comes with it.
Create prosperity. But never forget that the greatest wealth is a good reputation and the trust of society.
Today, as we present you with your diplomas, we place in your hands not merely a document, but our trust.
It is the trust of your parents.
It is the trust of your teachers and mentors.
It is the trust of your University.
And, most importantly, it is the trust that our country places in you.

DEAR GRADUATES!
Today, the University sends you forward into a new and important chapter of your lives.
May every path before you be open!
May your aspirations always remain high!
May your decisions be wise and your efforts productive and meaningful!
The future is not waiting for you.
The future is the result you create.
May success accompany you on every step of your journey, dear graduates!
Congratulations on this remarkable occasion!

Sincerely,
Akmal Allakuliev
Rector of Kimyo International University in Tashkent
