Informational letter

In accordance with the decision of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On measures to bring the activities of the popularization of foreign language learning to a qualitatively new level in the Republic of Uzbekistan" dated May 19, 2021 No. PQ-5117, as well as effective implementation of organizational measures to popularize the learning of foreign languages Kimyo International University (Yodju Technical Institute) in Tashkent has planned to hold an international scientific-practical conference named “Korean Language Teaching and Learning: Problems and Solutions in the Global Situation” on November 25, 2022.
The scientific – practical conference will be held both in offline and online formats (through ZOOM) at 10:00 AM., November, 25th, 2022 (link to the ZOOM conference https://us06web.zoom.us/j/82387506448?pwd=dTVreXJLQXFzdVNrTUp0aVpZUzdJUT09).
Publishing the scientific papers in the conference – free of charge. Foreign and local scientific staff, professors and teachers of Higher educational institutions, specialist – trainees, staff of the research institutes, doctorates and independent researchers, masters and bachelor’s students are welcome to participate in the conference with their scientific papers. 
    
I.Requirements for scientific articles:
• abstracts should be presented on current topics of the conference, based on scientific analysis and complete opinions, well edited, contain annotations and keywords, with practical suggestions and recommendations;
• abstracts of 3-5 pages are accepted in Uzbek, Russian and English;
• submitted abstracts are checked by the editorial board, including in anti-plagiarism programs (www.antiplagiat.ru, www.text.ru). Materials that have not passed the examination are not published and are not returned to the author. Abstracts with a positive opinion of experts are entered into an electronic collection for publication and posted on the official website www.ytit.uz.
• the number of authors of abstracts should not exceed 2, in case of exceeding the author will be deleted without warning;
• abstracts submitted after the specified deadline, not formalized in the prescribed manner and not corresponding to the theme and directions of the conference, will not be considered by the editorial board;
• Responsibility for the accuracy of the information in the abstracts submitted to the collection lies with the author.
II. Scientific articles must be thoroughly edited, and must also meet all the technical requirements for registration, namely:
- text editor - MS Word 2007, 2010;
- page size - A4, 20mm margin on each side;
- font - Times New Roman, size - 14;
- line spacing and paragraph spacing - 1.5;
- in the right corner indicate the full surname, name and patronymic, scientific degree and title, position, company name, and the name of the scientific material in bold in the middle of the line;
- all tables, diagrams and figures must be in MS Word format, Times New Roman font, the name of diagrams and figures should be indicated below, and tables - above;
- all graphs and charts must be in MS Excel format;
- formulas must be written in the MS Equation editor;
- sources should be indicated in tables, figures and graphs and references to them in the text;
- links should be located at the bottom of each page;
- a scientific article can be submitted in Uzbek, Russian or English.
III. The scientific papers with the filled form of the author should be mailed ONLY in digital form to the e-mail: korean_conference.ytit@mail.ru or to the telegram @conference_ytit until November 15st, 2022.
IV. submitted scientific papers will be reviewed for the conformity the requirements, furthermore they will be checked on the antiplagiarism platform www.antiplagiat.ru, www.text.ru. According to the results of the expertise, materials which do not meet the requirements will not be published nor returned to authors. 
Scientific papers with a positive expertise mark will be included in to the list of the digital publication and will be published on the official website www.ytit.uz.
