Students of the Painting faculty undergo summer internship. The Hermitage in St. Petersburg.
The Hermitage is one of the largest and most famous art museums in the world. This museum, founded in 1764 by the Russian Empress Catherine II, today contains more than 3 million works of art. Among the exhibits of the museum are samples of ancient world art, European paintings, treasures of Russian emperors and objects of Oriental culture. The exhibits of the museum allow students to expand their artistic knowledge and get acquainted with different periods of art development.
